No, you can place an order as a guest user. Creating an account helps you track orders easily.

❓ What is the delivery time?
Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across India.
❓ What are the shipping charges?
- ₹49 standard shipping
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
❓ Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we currently ship to all locations across India.

❓ What payment methods are available?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- UPI
- Debit / Credit Cards
- Net Banking
❓ Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on all products.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
❓ What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products within 7 days of delivery.
❓ How do I request a return?
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with order details and product images.
❓ How long does a refund take?
- Prepaid orders: 5–7 working days
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI after approval
❓ Which products are non-returnable?
Personal care, hygiene, and used products are non-returnable.

❓ What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
❓ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
