1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse our products and select the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Add them to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method.
  5. Review your order and complete the purchase.
  6. You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Net Banking
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)
Debit Cards

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners: Razorpay, Paytm, PayU Money, and PhonePe.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your order on the courier’s website.


4. How do I return a product?

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
    To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and images/videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

5. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the product once it is delivered, provided it meets our return criteria.


6. What is your return & refund policy?

  • We accept returns for wrong, damaged, or defective products within 3 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account/UPI for COD orders.
  • Refunds take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If you prefer, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

7. How long does shipping take?

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote locations: 7-10 business days (may vary)

Shipping times may vary due to courier availability and other factors. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and can track your order once it’s shipped.


8. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping services internationally, so stay tuned for future updates.

Yes, we only sell genuine, high-quality products sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and suppliers. We ensure that all our products meet high standards of quality before they are listed on our website.

13. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify it. If you need to make a change, you may cancel the order within 6 hours of placement and then place a new one. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.
