Credit Cards – We accept payments from major credit card providers, including Visa, MasterCard, and Rupay.
Debit Cards – You can also use your debit card for payment (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay).

We have partnered with trusted payment gateways like Razorpay, Paytm, PayU Money, and PhonePe to ensure that all transactions are processed securely.


2. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. Shopevilla uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information during online transactions. This means that any information you provide (including credit card details, personal address, etc.) is securely encrypted and cannot be intercepted by unauthorized parties.

3. Payment Processing Time

  • For COD orders: You will pay the total amount in cash to the delivery agent when the product is delivered.
  • For online payments: Payments are processed instantly. Once the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation.

In case of any failed transaction, your payment will not be deducted, and you will be notified immediately. If the payment has been deducted, it will be refunded to your account as per the refund policy.


4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email and an SMS/WhatsApp notification with the details of your order. If you have chosen Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be notified once your order has been confirmed and dispatched for delivery.


5. Currency and Taxes

All payments on Shopevilla are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Any applicable taxes (GST) are included in the price shown on the product page and checkout page. You will not be charged any additional taxes at the time of payment unless required by law.

7. Refunds for Canceled/Returned Orders

  • For COD orders: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI (as per your preference).
  • For prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the order is canceled or the returned product is received.


8. Changes to the Payment Policy

Shopevilla reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
