Refund and Returns Policy

At Shopevilla, operated by Ved Tex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the conditions mentioned below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
✔ You received the wrong product.
✔ The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
✔ The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, washed, or worn products.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear.

2. Return Request Process

Follow these steps to request a return:

  • Provide your order number and clear images/videos of the product showing the issue.

2️⃣ Return Approval:

  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  • If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

3️⃣ Return Shipment:

  • Customers may be required to self-ship the product if pickup service is unavailable in their area.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging.

4️⃣ Quality Check & Refund/Replacement:

  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected.
  • If approved, you will receive either:
    A replacement product (if available).
    A refund (processed within 7-10 business days).

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • COD order refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is incorrect or defective, customers can opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacements will be shipped after verifying the returned item.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible.
