1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
✔ You received the wrong product.
✔ The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
✔ The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, washed, or worn products.
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear.
2. Return Request Process
Follow these steps to request a return:

- Provide your order number and clear images/videos of the product showing the issue.
2️⃣ Return Approval:
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Return Shipment:
- Customers may be required to self-ship the product if pickup service is unavailable in their area.
- The product must be sent in its original packaging.
4️⃣ Quality Check & Refund/Replacement:
- Once we receive the product, it will be inspected.
- If approved, you will receive either:
✔ A replacement product (if available).
✔ A refund (processed within 7-10 business days).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- COD order refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Replacement Policy
- If the product is incorrect or defective, customers can opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacements will be shipped after verifying the returned item.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible.
